Our Facility
Our professionally landscaped and decorated facility boasts over 10,000 square feet. It is uniquely situated in the foothills of the front-range where the views from the decks, patios and spacious grounds are ever changing.

Although the facility is very spacious, we have carefully designed it with an
intimate family atmosphere in mind. We are wheelchair accessible and have
created several lounge and common areas, that include outdoor fl ower gardens, fountains, a brook, an indoor The personal living areas are very spacious and private.

Each unit has been professionally decorated with wall to wall carpeting and a luxurious private bath. Private telephone service may be installed upon request. We encourage our residents to bring their own personal furnishings, making their space as personal and comfortable as possible.

This facility maintains a safe environment with state-of-the-art security and fi re alarm systems in place, and is strictly inspected and diligently maintained by our staff . library, grand piano, great room with fi replace, home theatre with over 300 movie choices and basic cable - all available for family and friends, social gatherings or personal use.

The beautiful and well appointed dining areas serve three tasty, nutritious meals a day, and our snack bar is open 24 hours a day for our residents.

Facility amenities include a hot tub, swimming pool and steam shower for our resident’s use, providing comfort and relaxation to the body, mind and spirit.
